3. Confidentiality
MFT Consult respects the confidentiality of client data and undertakes not to disclose any proprietary or sensitive information unless legally required or with prior written consent. Similarly, clients are expected to treat MFT Consult methodologies and materials as confidential.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
All fees will be stated in the contract or proposal. Payments are due as per agreed timelines, typically within 30 days of invoicing. Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, all materials developed by MFT Consult during engagements remain the property of MFT Consult. Clients receive usage rights for internal purposes only.
6. Limitation of Liability
MFT Consult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a contract with written notice if the other party materially breaches the agreement and fails to correct it within a reasonable time. In the event of termination, services delivered up to the termination date will be invoiced and payable.
8. Use of Website
Any use of the MFT Consult website is subject to these terms:
- Do not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without permission.
- Do not misuse forms or interactive features.
- We may modify website content without notice.
9. Governing Law
